Outer Banks North Carolina - March 1997 Nikon F2 w/Nikkor 35mmPC I planned to find a location that included the traditional lighthouse, sand, and ocean. After walking twice around the site (one circle at 50yds, another at 100yds), I saw that the best shot for me included the fence. It leads your eye to the lighthouse, the vertical fence slats echo the lighthouse, and the slat shadows echo the stripes on the lighthouse. No need for ocean after all.
