Louisville Kentucky - July 1997 Nikon F2 w/Nikkor 55mm It took two different trips to decide what needed to be done with this Louisville landmark. The temptation was to include the full 100+ft of the tower, but it simply didn't balance with the building in the background. I don't know what finally triggered the switch to narrow-horizontal, but I do know that waiting until the front of the building was in shade was essential in moving the eye properly through the image. The clouds didn't hurt, either. |
